Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. This applies to orders shipping within the contiguous United States only. Orders under $50 will be charged a $6 flat rate shipping fee.

Shipping Timeframes

We ship most in-stock items within 1 business day of order placement. Shipments typically arrive within 5-8 business days of shipping via USPS or UPS. During peak sales times like holidays, delivery timeframes may be extended.

Rush Shipping

Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. Please contact hello@bamboominis.com for options. Customers are responsible for all additional shipping charges incurred for expedited shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Certain products may be excluded from free shipping offers and/or may have additional shipping restrictions or fees. Any shipping restrictions or fees will be clearly noted on the product page.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. You may also log into your account on our website and click “View Order Status” to track your package.

Damages/Issues

Please inspect all packages upon delivery and note any damages/issues on the carrier's delivery receipt where prompted. Additionally, photograph any visible damages to the packaging or product.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery regarding any shipment damages or order issues. We will work to promptly resolve any problems.

Returns

Please refer to our Return Policy for instructions on how to return items to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.
