Refund Policy for Bamboo Minis
We want you to love every Bamboo Minis purchase you make. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items for a full refund within 10 days of receipt. Please note the 10-day window is due to the size availability and seasonality of our products.
To be eligible for a return, [new] items must be in new, unwashed, unused condition with original tags and packaging. We cannot accept returns, issue refunds, or exchanges on items that are not in their original unused condition with tags still attached.
For preloved items, we do our best to categorize each item based on our rubric for wear. Please remember, these are in preloved condition — and will be noted appropriately. The cost is typically reflective of the condition of the item. Preloved items are final sale. However, if you feel like there is a discrepancy between the item and its condition, please reach out to hello@bamboominis.com within 5 days of receipt. All tags must be attached.
To start a return, please email hello@bamboominis.com. We will provide you with return shipping instructions specific to your order.
Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund for orders placed using free shipping. For orders placed with paid shipping, we will reimburse you for the full cost of standard return shipping. Expedited shipping costs will not be refunded.
Sale items and promotional offers are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
Damaged or defective items may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement, at Bamboo Minis' discretion. Please contact us right away if you receive an item that is damaged or not as described.
